At Femlico, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with tags attached
  • in the original packaging

For hygiene reasons, bras and similar intimate items should be tried on over underwear. We may not be able to accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or personal use.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • final sale items
  • gift cards
  • items marked as non-returnable
  • items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. In these cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
